The Lent Course – Come and See

Like  Advent, Epiphany or any other season in the life of the Church, Lent gives you daily opportunities through out the lent period to get deeper understanding of Jesus’ life and ministry. At CHW Churches we are planning to deliver a Lent course (Wednesday Afternoons and Thursday Evenings) throughout the lent season. Please saves these dates in your diary.

As a Diocese, each Lent, we delve into a new aspect of Christian faith – this year we’re looking at baptism. It’s perfect for new and old Christians alike, and can be done on your own, as a family, as a church, school or in a small group. As the Benefice of Colnbrook, Horton and Wrays, we have decided to offer the ‘Come and See’ every Wednesday afternoon at St Thomas’ Church Colnbrook starting Wednesday 5th March 1:00 pm (The sessions will will allow individuals, parents / carers to be able to attend the sessions in time for the school pick up time. The Thursday evening sessions are for those who are unable to attend the day time session and will be held the the Vicarage in Wraysbuy.
